1. About Oridgin
Oridgin is a brand focused on bringing natural and traditional products closer to everyday life.
Our product collection may grow over time, and individual products may have their own product-specific information, instructions, warnings, and conditions.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences in product colour, packaging, appearance, or photographs may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, or modify product availability without prior notice.
3. Product Orders
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.
An order may be subject to verification before dispatch, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including in situations involving:
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Significant pricing or technical errors
- Delivery restrictions
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible
If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible amount paid by you will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges are displayed separately where applicable.
Our current standard shipping charge within Pakistan is PKR 199, while orders of PKR 2,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.
5. Payment
We may offer the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Debit and credit cards
- Supported digital wallets and other payment methods available through our payment gateway
Payment methods may vary depending on availability, location, order value, or other applicable conditions.
For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully received or authorized before the order is dispatched.
6. Cash on Delivery
For COD orders, payment is collected by the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Please provide an active phone number and accurate delivery information and remain available to receive the order.
We may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm a COD order before dispatch.
7. Shipping
We currently deliver across Pakistan through available courier partners, which may include Trax and Pakistan Post.
Standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, remote-area coverage, and other circumstances outside our control.
Remote and less accessible areas may require additional time.
For international shipping, availability, courier options, delivery times, duties, taxes, and shipping charges will be communicated separately when international delivery becomes available.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be treated as a simple cancellation. You may instead need to follow the applicable return, exchange, or refusal-of-delivery procedure.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

10. Product Use
Customers are responsible for using products according to the applicable product instructions and information provided by Oridgin.
Product-specific instructions, precautions, and warnings should always be followed.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, designs, and other materials, belongs to Oridgin or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
12. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oridgin will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, internet or technology failures, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
